Senior Business Analyst

Hiring on behalf of a leading multinational business operating across global markets, seeking a Senior Business Analyst to deliver high-quality financial analysis and commercial insight across the Irish market.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Rolling Forecast process across four annual cycles, ensuring accuracy to net sales level by customer and brand
• Prepare risk and opportunity analyses between forecast cycles
• Act as finance partner to Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams
• Manage and monitor Advertising & Promotional spend, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Support Customer Business Plans through scenario analysis and financial modelling
• Build financial models, pricing, and P&Ls for new product introductions
• Support month-end close for Net Sales and A&P for Global Travel Retail
• Drive reporting improvements through advanced analytics and automation tools
• Support the finance digitalisation agenda and Treasury planning

Requirements

• Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business, or related discipline
• 5+ years' post-qualification experience in financial analysis or business analytics
• Strong experience in forecasting, financial modelling, and performance analysis
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle)
• Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders across multiple functions

Nice to have

• Accountancy Background
• Experience in a multinational or FMCG environment
• Power BI and planning tool experience (Anaplan or similar)
• Exposure to commercial sales or marketing finance
